
Cream was set up in 2004 and its two directors, Carrie Eames and Rachel Benton each have 15 years experience in PR and marketing. Their varied career history spans many industries, including healthcare, beauty, fashion, leisure, parenting, home and gift, from both a retail, brand and e-tailer perspective. Research undertaken in 2008 found that women influence (if not undertake) over 80% of consumer purchases. That’s where we come in.
At Cream, we feel passionately that companies and brands can communicate and engage with women in a way that can lead to meaningful and lasting relationships, not just a one-off sale. In this way, your customers can become your strongest advocates and we believe that PR-led marketing is the key to starting these conversations.
Everyone in our team has strong and varied experience across the PR and marketing spectrum in female-oriented markets, enabling us to pull on different perspectives.
